填　表　说　明

　　一、申请书各项内容必须使用中文，实事求是，逐条认真填写。表达要明确、严谨，字迹要清晰易辩。
　　二、申请书为十六开本，复印时用B5复印纸，于左侧装订成册。各栏空格不够时，可自行加页，一式五份，报送国家海洋行政主管部门。
　　三、封面类别填写A或B,A表示：中外合作海洋科学研究项目，B表示：外方单独进行的海洋科学研究项目。
　　四、申请书附件（使用B5纸）附在申请书后一起装订成册。
　　附件：
　　　1.中、外方研究单位情况简介；
　　　2.研究项目背景情况简介；
　　　3.其他说明资料；

Notes

　　1.All the items in the Application Form must be written in Chinese. Descriptions should be explicit, succinct, true and correct. The writing should be legible.
　　2.The Application Form is sixteenmo. B5duplicating paper should be used in making copies. The duplicates should be bound at the left side. Additional pages are permitted when the blanks are not large enough. It should be submitted to the Chinese Competent marine administration in quintuplicate.
　　3.The item of "Type"on the cover of the Application Form shall be filled in with "A"or "B". "A"indicates "Chinese-foreign joint research project on marine sciences" and "B" indicates "marine scientific research project conducted by foreign party alone".
　　4.The appendices (using B5 paper) must be attached to and bound together with the Application Form.

　　1.Brief introduction to the participating Chinese and foreign research instituions
　　2.Brief background information of the project
　　3.Other relevant materials
