Marine Scientific Research Project

　　在中华人民共和国内海、领海以及中华人民共和国管辖的其它海域内进行涉外海洋科学研究活动应当根据《中华人民共和国涉外海洋科学研究管理规定》向国家海洋行政主管部门提出申请，得到批准后方可进行。

　　Any Foreign-related marine scientific research activities that will be conducted within the internal seas,territorial seas and other sea areas under the jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China shall submit application to the National Oceanic Administrative Authorities according to the <Regulations on the Management of Foreign-related Marine Scientific Research Project>.The research activities can be conducted only after the National Oceanic Administrative Authorities approve the application.
