北太平洋海洋科学组织（PICES）第十七届年会将于2008年10月23日至11月2日在大连召开。此次年会由北太平洋海洋科学组织主办，国家海洋局承办。此次年会的主题是“从观测到对变化中的北太平洋的了解与预测:迈向Future”。目前年会的征文工作已在全球范围展开。现将有关事宜通知如下：
